Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepLion mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use RepLion.

Acceptable Use

RepLion includes social features — a feed, comments, reactions, and a leaderboard. When using these features, you agree not to post content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Is sexually explicit or contains nudity
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is spam, deceptive, or impersonates another person

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content and block users directly in the App. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in RepLion (posts, photos, comments, and fitness data). By sharing content to the feed, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to other users as part of operating the App. Progress photos remain private unless you explicitly share them.

Health Disclaimer

RepLion is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and perform any physical activity at your own risk.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep RepLion running smoothly, but the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepLion and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury resulting from physical activity tracked with the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
