This Privacy Policy describes how RepLion ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the RepLion mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and optionally a profile photo. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those providers (name and email address).
Fitness data. We store the data you enter in the App, including workout templates and training plans, completed workouts (exercises, sets, reps, and weights), and bodyweight log entries.
Progress photos. Photos you add are private by default and visible only to you. A photo becomes visible to other users only if you explicitly choose to share it to the feed.
Social content. Posts, comments, and reactions you create in the feed are visible to other RepLion users. Your display name and workout completion count may appear on the leaderboard.
Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a device token so we can deliver them. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the App's features (workout tracking, plans, calendar, leaderboard, feed, and progress photos)
- To authenticate your account and keep it secure
- To deliver push notifications you have opted into
- To respond to support requests
- To enforce our Terms of Service, including handling reports of inappropriate content
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal data
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising
- We do not show ads in the App
Where Your Data Is Stored
RepLion is built on Google Firebase. Your data is stored and processed by Google Cloud services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), which maintain industry-standard security practices. You can learn more in Firebase's privacy documentation.
User-Generated Content and Moderation
The feed is a shared space. You can report content that violates our guidelines and block other users at any time. Reported content is reviewed, and content or accounts that violate our Terms of Service may be removed.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, fitness data, photos, and posts from our systems.
You may also request deletion by emailing us at patmakesapps@gmail.com, and we will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
RepLion is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at patmakesapps@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you in the App.
